Strongly condemning the “barbaric therapy” by the West Bengal police in the direction of the BJP employees throughout their “Nabanna Chalo” protest on Thursday, Union Legislation Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad alleged that he acquired to know that the water sprayed on them was laced with chemical substances.
