NEW DELHI: The companies of the Delhi metro to start at 6 am from terminal stations of all traces on October 4 (Sunday) as a measure to facilitate the scholars for the us examinations.

“To facilitate college students for the us examinations, Delhi Metro companies will start at 6 AM from terminal stations of all traces on 4th October,” the Delhi Metro Rail Company tweeted on Saturday.

The DMRC in an announcement on Sunday, September 20, had mentioned that the common timings as per earlier schedule with companies beginning at 8:00 AM on Part three sections (on Sundays) will proceed.

The metro, which had suspended its companies in March because of the Covid-19 outbreak, reopened with warning placing into place a collection of measures equivalent to closed token counters, restricted entry and exit factors, thermal scanners, and sanitisers amongst others to allow commuters to stick to Covid-19 safety protocols.

Other than common frontline workers on the stations, the DMRC has made the extra deployment of round 1,000 officers/workers throughout the road(s)/community to help and information passengers within the wake of latest norms of Metro journey, which can take a while to settle in.
