“It has been observed that the among the constitution flights coming from UAE to India didn’t have requisite Indian state consent required for the operation of such flights. In view of the above, it has been determined that the airline shall submit the approval of the involved state authorities to the air visitors management (ATC) of the purpose of vacation spot previous to their departure from airports in UAE,” DGCA deputy DG Sunil Kumar stated in an order titled “requirement of state consent for inbound constitution flights from UAE” issued Wednesday.
“ATC shall not permit the arrival except the above approval is supplied to them. It will come into impact after 24 hours of the difficulty of this letter,” the DGCA letter despatched to Airports Authority of India member (air navigation companies) Vineet Gulati says.
