MUMBAI: The US Citizenship and Immigration Companies (USCIS) on Friday introduced that it’s going to enhance premium processing charges for H-1B visas from October 19.
As TOI had reported earlier, the Invoice – H.R. 8337, signed by US President Donald Trump additionally enabled the immigration company to cowl new classes of visas beneath the premium processing route.
As of now, USCIS has merely introduced the rise in premium processing charges for H-1B visas from $1,440 to $2,500. Below it, the visa software type can be adjudicated inside fifteen days.
